BBQ Toronto Style Chicken Kebobs

Ingredients:

   8                    wooden or metal skewers
     1/4  cup           soy sauce
   3      tablespoons   dry white wine
   3      tablespoons   lemon juice
   2      tablespoons   vegetable oil
     1/2  teaspoon      ginger
     1/2  teaspoon      garlic powder
     1/4  teaspoon      onion powder
   1      dash          pepper
   1 1/2  pounds        boneless skinless chicken breast cut into
                         -- 1 1/2 in cubes
  Preparation:

Soak wooden skewers for 20 minutes water mix everything together and soak chicken cubes for 30 minutes divide chick into 6 to 8 equal part and put on skewers grill 5 to 7 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
