BBQ GOURMET HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICIES

We have worked diligently to ensure that we can offer our guests safe and accessible catered events throughout the pandemic. We believe that the following policies will allow us to prevent the spread of Covid-19 while meeting the same service standards are clients have grown accustomed to!

 

OUR STAFF

Strict hand washing protocols are in place for all employees, both at our facility and when they arrive onsite. If any staff members are sick or show any symptoms, they will be told to stay home.

All staff members (kitchen, office, drivers, event staff) are required to wear a face mask for the entirety of their shift.

All communal areas at our facility are cleaned and sanitized multiple times a day (door handles, light switches, etc).

We have completed the P.O.S.T (People Outside Safely Together) Promise, which is our commitment to implement and practice the five key steps to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

GUESTS

We ask that you please maintain physical distancing of 6 feet between you and others in line.

All guests upon arrival will be required to use hand sanitizer. This will be set up on a table before you get to the service table.

Please send your guests out in smaller groups to maintain physical distancing requirements.

Encourage your guests to wear masks.
